Fast Takedown Commitment: Although we host 0 application binaries, if a copyright owner believes that any text, image, screenshot, or hyperlink on our site infringes their protected work, we will investigate and remove validly reported material within 24 to 48 hours.

2. Formal DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

To file a valid copyright infringement notification with XAPKtoAPK under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), the copyright holder (or their authorized legal agent) must submit a written communication containing all of the following elements:

  1. Identification of Protected Work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws, XAPKtoAPK has adopted a strict policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users or contributors who are deemed repeat infringers.
